I saw an announcement that the games help improve brain IQ and memory, as coach of the brain. Really do what they say or I get the same results with just reading and doing a puzzle sometimes?

Games that force you to think ahead, logical analysis and decision making will strengthen the mental skills … and yes, these skills are measured by IQ tests. No, man, you do not have to buy the game from the brain. Chess and Sudoku puzzles are terrible.
