Why no caffeine?

I'm doing a persuasive speech on why you should not consume caffeine. If you know some website intresting facts or tidbits about caffeine, please let me know. I know that caffeine is legal in the U.S., but I also heard that it is illegal in other countries. Anyting about caffeine would be great! thank you!

Caffeine is a stimulant. It makes you nervous and it is also addictive. If you like be in control of your body, you should avoid. This may not be new information. to you, but I thought I'd share anyway. Personally, I do not drink caffeinated beverages for the same reasons. I feel more in control, I can relax, and if I feel tired to exercise or eat some fresh fruit to refresh me. Dessa
