How does this sound of a minor, a casual wedding and reception for 75 people? Would you be satisfied?

You have a good variety between meat (3), seafood (3) vegetarian (4) options. However, I Sub Pasta Salad with choice of meat. Most people tend to eat meat in vegetarian foods. Also, and most importantly, pasta salad is not a finger food and the needs of an eating utensil. To defend a reception hors d'oeuvres to serve all needs finger foods that do not require a fork. Make sure you have enough ribs for everyone from carving stations beaten by almost everyone, and sometimes twice. Also make sure your provider has all the supplies for carving station.
